2023 - Hastings Community Survey
During the fall of 2023, the Community Survey was administered to residents living in the City of Hastings. The purpose of the survey was to receive resident input on City programs and services. The information compiled will be used to prioritize efforts, effectively allocate resources, align shareholders and employees on the organization’s goals, and ensure those goals are backed by data and sound reasoning. The survey will assist city department heads in planning for future fiscal years.
