2019 - Hastings Barriers to Universal Mobility

The City of Hastings desires to improve mobility for the safety of all residents. Mobility includes both, ability to move from one place to another, as well as ability to access critical facilities and public places. This study will help identify existing barriers to universal mobility and determine priorities to improve mobility and access for Hastings.

The study process includes field data collection to identify infrastructure deficiencies as well as public engagement to further identify mobility challenges. The study was conducted in the summer or 2019 by Olsson. The following report was completed as part of a Community Development Block Grant received by the City of Hastings.
