2015 - Novak Study
In April 2015, the City of Hastings engaged The Novak Consulting Group to conduct an Organizational Assessment. The purpose of this review was to evaluate the current organizational structure and make recommendations regarding best practices to reorganize the City's municipal departments to improve efficiencies and enhance internal and external customer service. This study, conducted from May through August 2015, included a review of organizational structures, policies, procedures, and operations.
